Joy Behar and Whoopi

I just got done watching the clip of the 'The View' when Bill O'Reilly was on and I got to say standing 'O' for good old Billy.  I am a Marine Corps Veteran with two tours to Iraq under my belt and I have to say I stronlgy agree that the mosque should not built.  It is a disgrace not only to those who lost their lives and their families, but also to all the troops that have died in the process of this war.  Joy Behar and Whoopi need to find a tall tree and short piece of rope and hang themselves for such knuckleheads.  There is such a thing of being too left wing and too right wing.  People need to sometimes pull their heads out until they hear a pop.  As for Obama not answering a question he is only protectinghis own ass.  We all know what the answer to the question is.  He doesn't think it shouldn't be built at all, but he wants to the cool president and hurt anyone's feelings.  So in last words here I leave this qoute:

"Democracy is the art and science of running the circus from the monkey cage."
                                                       H. L. Mencken

I Find This Utterly Ridiculous

So my wife and I were talking one day and a question arose, "Why is it illegal not to wear a seat belt, but it is legal in some states for a motorcyclist not to wear a helmet?"  I gave a chuckle and looked her and said, ''you know you're right.''  The conversation continued and I said, "a guy on a crotch rocket can haul ass down the freeway doing 85 with nothing more than a t-shirt, shorts, and sneakers on, but a person in a car has to wear a seat belt in an enclosed cabin surrounded by a bunch of airbags."  It goes to say how retarded some of the people are we elect into office.  The conversation continued about our local school district, where the superintendent is retiring and is said to receive 200 thousand dollars along with his full state retirement benefits.  Where four years prior the teachers benefits were frozen, but not the superintendent and business administrators. "A certain pupil asked Confucius about government: "What qualifies one to participate in government?"
Confucius said, "Honor five refinements, and get rid of four evils.  Then you can participate in government."
The pupil asked, "What are the five refinements?"
Confucius said, "Good people are generous without being wasteful; they are hardworking without being resentful; they desire without being greedy; they are at ease without being haughty; they are dignified  without being fierce."
